RaceCall is designed to minimize personal data handling. We do not intentionally collect profile data such as your name, email address, or precise location through the app experience itself.
RaceCall may store lightweight local state on-device to support the app experience, including for example:
This data is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage mechanisms.
RaceCall may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's privacy policy applies to App Store transactions.
When you use Race Call, RaceCall may send structured public motorsport context — such as standings, race-weekend context, circuit profile, weather/session context, and other non-personal racing data — to OpenAI to generate the result.
RaceCall is not designed to send personal profile information as part of a Race Call request. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to those API requests.
RaceCall retrieves public motorsport data from providers such as OpenF1 and Jolpica F1 API. Requests to those services may involve standard network metadata such as IP address, timestamp, device network routing information, and similar server-log data handled by those providers under their own policies.
At release, RaceCall does not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics trackers.
RaceCall is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RaceCall for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where permitted by law, use the app for unlawful purposes, abuse the public data providers the app relies on, or circumvent purchases, entitlements, or access controls.
RaceCall offers optional in-app purchases in the form of Race Call credit packs (3, 10, or 25 calls). Prices are set by the developer and displayed in your local currency at checkout via the App Store. All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to App Store terms, Apple policies, restoration rules, and applicable law. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or App Store policy.
RaceCall relies on third-party public motorsport data sources that may contain delays, gaps, estimation, approximation, or errors.
Race Call outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or guaranteed race outcomes.
Replay/location-style features may rely on approximate public location/progress data rather than exact broadcast-grade positional truth.
RaceCall is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrea Murru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the app.
RaceCall and its original code, branding, text, and presentation are the property of Andrea Murru.
Formula 1-related names, marks, team names, driver names, and third-party data rights remain the property of their respective owners. RaceCall is an independent app and is not affiliated with Formula 1, FIA, or any team.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
